Nostalgic! Simply nostalgic!

Thursday, it wasnt much of a smooth sailing day... Got back chem lecture test did quite badly, wasn't exactly pleased about it. Went for chem H3 learn stuff of spectroscopy or sth like tt quite horrendously complicated. The lecturer was pretty funny thou and i heard highly smart!! Had a slight headache... wasnt feeling particularly well. I rested a lil during the lecture and felt a lil better. Then from then on my life started to pick itself up again.

The day before on weds, at night while i was doing my work suddenly i heard the msn alert "dum dum dum" like multiple multiple times. At first i was wondering who was spamming, then when i switched on my screen i saw a mass convo with contacts then were quite foreign hate to admit but i seldom talked to them. then i recognised ray which is rui wen's nick. THEN, i realised they were organising some 6/1 (my pri class) outing. LIKE super last minute haha. Still i agreed.. afterall i havent seen these people for quite some time.

Ok back to thursday, ok at first i din really know how to go to orchard, all i know is take 36, i wasnt even sure went to alight. Then the 36A bus came and i boarded it preparing to ask whether it goes to orchard. Suddenly the girl in front of me just asked!! then the bus driver said yes. So i knew all i had to do was follow the girl... kinda like a stalker but well with no ill intentions, HAHA. and at last i made it to orchard with much anticipation i wonder who will i meet etc.

First i saw wei jian then i went to find the toilet to no avail... then when i returned more people arrived, samantha caile yi kai nicholas ru hui and of course wei xin, my pri schl best friend hahaha! We talked a lot then went to Taka Seoul Garden for our dinner. In there the talked continued got to learn more stuff about each other and catch up a little with one another. We talked from past to present , present to future. Basically anything under the sun. Ate and talked, and took pictures. Afterall some of us havent met for 4 years!! I also exchanged badges with wei xin. Quite amazing, highly entertaining, Extremely NOSTALGIC!!! I had my share of fun! Absolutely memorable day =). Then as we left we kinda got lost due to a "professional" guide i prefer to keep the name confidential.. ( Any resemblance to anyone is purely coincidental ) Walked like a quite big round to get out of taka hahaha. Took the train home, along with most of the people, most of them live in the east. Well.. continued talking.. actually most of it is just talking lor but well its fun enuf. Alighted at eunos as usual, tt warm fuzzy feeling embraced me, like the title, nostalgic... simply nostalgic. As i paced home, humming a simple tune my mind drifted off to the old days...

PS : Its an incredible experience i would have to thank Yi kai for that!! He said it wont be the last and i will look forward to the next! Meanwhile work hard for promos people!!

Summary...

Err well i have been rather busy or rather, busy to be blogging. Well maybe its just another bunch of excuses... I will try to keep trying to update thou. Weekend have been great on Sat the band performed at the Hua Chong JC. And the band was damn high!! it was real fun talking and laughing much jokes were exchanged i really had a lot of fun. Although the rehearsal was kinda bad, the performance was superb!! I personally thought it was really nice i had a lot of fun playing that night... well i think i played kinda loud... aw wells sry.. haha. Then took some random photos with random people. However, thanks to the poor logistics i think and arrangements the packing up of instruments dragged over a long time and it was a rather major screw up. THEN AS A RESULT, we almost missed the entire Campus Superstar where our very own Keely was performing. The band rushed back immediately after the concert. We went on to the foyer on watched in anticipation. She was the female champion however sadly not the overall champion. Aw wells we still cheered on!!! Then Mr. Seet started talking and thanking some people and finally announced the confirmation of a FULL DAY!!! WOW INCREDIBLE!! WHILE everyone was high!! THE BAND PICKED UP THEIR INSTRUMENTS AND STARTED PLAYING THE VICTORIAN ANTHEM!! It was load n rather blasty, but played with lots of passion. The feeling was exhilirating and totally refreshing, i saw the vj spirit burning so strongly. Emotional moment.

Well Sunday pretty much the same... PW.. i dun have to elaborate anymore.

Monday, lots of work as usual... but Econs teacher din come so schl ended at like 12:10? super shiok wanted to cheong work but went out instead... noooo why did i succumb to temptation... Then had remedial then went on to continue studying... no life yea i suppose... went home did work and copy scores until 1 o man sianz..

Tues, surprisingly not as tired as i thought i would be! Lessons ok lar... AND i missed phy mock spa skill A... well not bcoz i pon lar of coz i had the forensics competition meeting! Then after schl, went to celeb hui leng's birthday with the section... well wad i meant was the "section". quite fun talked a lot ate a lot laughed a lot. CHILL OUT!! I had a great time!

Unlucky day...

Woke up to a bad start, i had a bad flu... The nose kept flowing like a tap how irritating, so basically i plugged it with tissue paper. Yea gross well tts the best way to "stop" it from flowing. Then the problem comes when u need to sneeze... You get the point. Horrible start! Lots of work to do today, so after i woke up battled with my nose and my work. Then i did sth really stupid in the afternoon... I went to the study room to do econs work. Then as i left i wanted to throw the tissue in my hand into the bin. so i turned aimed and threw. By luck it went in! So i i turned 180 degrees to go back to my room. I turned kinda fast and BAM my leg kicked against the huge vase in the living room. i watched as it topples slowly unable to reach unable to move until. *PIANG* angg..ngg..gg!..it got smashed into a million pieces. Then i was like i die le... then unlike in compos where u sit there to think about wad to do next i called my dad immediately to report. Surprisingly he din scold me much he just wondered how i did it as the vase was fairly huge... then he went on to ask if i had eaten. Whew wad a relief still i felt bad about it... haiz the rest of the day wasnt much fun either. I had fun at guitar lesson thou after tt had dinner.

Back in Vivo

Finally, band prac with Mr Tan. It has been quite awhile... Yea very fun and entertaining as usual. Haha his jokes and laughter never fails to liven up the mood and well the music improves as well. Then after that went to hui jin's place to do stuff for seniors. I wasnt of much help thou :( sorry people. Do do do then b4 i knew it i was late and rushed to Vivo. I was like pretty late i left her place at like 6:45 when i was supposed to leave ard 6:30. I was going to watch movie at Vivo lar... then its like at 7:20. So i was actually very late... i got up the super crowded bus and how irritating people are like not moving to the back and aiya just plain irritating cos i was late. cheong cheong cheong. In the end, i ran and ran and managed to make a touchdown at 7:30. Actually it was quite tiring! Had pop-corn for dinner then watched the Simpsons it wasnt too bad just that it doesnt leave a long impression, pretty funny thou, but nonetheless watching with my cousins it was hell fun. After the movie we walked around to try to fix my unlightable Zippo lighter well it failed apparently! How sickening so many shops yet none sells or does servicing. Nonetheless we continued adventuring went to the third floor (you just cant not go there everytime ur there) talked to my cousins and walked a bit. Then we went to the arcade to play some random games. Well for the shooting game one of the guns was screwy so we din have tt much fun. Aw wells fated. We played till we were quite happy and finally left it was quite pathetic nonetheless.

Well, i took MRT home as usual. Changed from purp to green line then i saw Zhengz aka Boss and Tian Ying aka Brute force. at well raffles place i think. They were in the same CABIN!!How much of a coincidence is tt man! So i went over to talk to them for awhile then found out they were going to study in airport AT 10 30!? wtf!? Well it seems it was true they sleeping there overnight and i have no idea why no interest to find out either haha. Anyway went home as per normal and continued gaming. HOLY SHIT NO WORK DONE TODAY!!! hahaha how to complete the 6 hours mr ho set for revisin!!

Yesterday was officially my birthday!

In the evening i went out with the vs people although the turnout wasnt too great we had a lot of fun. Lets see Alex Calvin Zhengz Jek Wee Ho Tian Ying Matthew Sufiyan Kenneth and Zhong Xian. We ate at Secret Recipe it was pretty random but somehow we ended up there. LOTS OF LATE COMERS!! SHAME! lol! yar so we ate there i had this lamb stew it was quite imba. The meat was super tender and the gravy was thick and rich in taste. along with a bun and mash potato it makes a filling and satisfying meal. We sat there and had a brother-brother talk among ourselves. Matthew was stressed out ! Chill man everything will be alright!! Then, yar my secret present was revealed thanks to calvin's slip of tongue. HAHA! o yar i 4got to mention Huan Jek gave me this nice waterbottle Ripcurl de and its blue. Sweet! Anyways, we finished talking and then came my cake, well it was a slice but it was really appreciated! APPLE CRUMBLE CHEESECAKE!! Another imbalanced piece of cake from Secret Recipe. Sth funny happened ok my present was a zippo lighter with my name carved on it, and at the back "4A" it was really nice! it looks nice and it literally means tt. The intention was to use the lighter to light the candle however it turned out that the lighter could not work no matter how hard we tried. AW wells so we asked the person to lend us a lighter. Finally the candle lit and the warm flame danced graciously. "Happy birthday to you.. Happy birth.." and the candle light extinguished. i cant believe it !! Uncanny but i told them to continue while i pretend to make a wish and extinguished the "flame". then like 10 people shared one slice of cake but it was really warm n sweet! 4A brothers!! anyways i liked the cake very much thank you the presents too.

Then we walked around again and ended up at starbucks where we had an extended brother talk haha!! really an enjoyable time!

DOM the clock strikes 12 as i blog

Today had been one of the most memorable days in my life, well maybe cos i lead a boring life. Nonetheless, it had been a great day and i shall write to the very detail to make sure i dun forget today at all! =) thanks to all!!

Ok here goes, initial plan was to go there early to discuss about pw well it din quite happen. I was running kinda late so i rushed there asap ( 4:40 ). When i reached Outram Park Int i spotted someone emitting a familiar aura. As i quickened my pace while remain hiding in the shadows, i spotted her! IT WAS WEN YI!( 5:34 ) Then i started to cough loudly in order to get her attention but it was no use she was oblivious to the surrounding. i realised sound was of no use in order to break her trance i broke her vision by waving my hand in front of her. She finally notices me! ( Wen Yi joins the party ) Ok we made our way to Harbour Front ( 5:38 ) Si Xuan was already there sorry to keep u waiting!! ( Si Xuan joins the party ) Now with three people our intelligence greatly increases and off we went to buy a present for our dear and supreme Chem leader, Mr Seh ( Who btw is an A*Star scholar ) Walk around and we found the ultimatium present well not exactly tt grand but it was a PEN how suitable. It was a nice pen indeed! With the pen at hand we approached the restuarant! ( We lost our way fatigue +20 ) Sorry pee hua to keep u waiting! (Pee Hua joins the party ) well finally we arrived! i got the seats i reserved and entered the zone. The view was great! well until it got dark and well everything got dark as well! Then Huan Jek came in this fierce Black Outfit which people claimed he looked like gangster then changed to RYUK! ( Huan Jek joins the party Chaos +20 ) Wen Bin Kenneth Ming Shuan came as well i dunno which order cos i was inside. ( Wen Bin Kenneth Ming Shuan joins the party ) Eventually our main character MR SEH arrived!! With amazing grace he made his way in. ( Mr Seh joins the party Intelligence +30 All stats +10 Mood +40 ) i think Jessica arrived next although she was unwell!! Wad a major sacrifice THANK YOU JESS! ( Jessica joins the party..so touched ) Eventually, Lex and both teachers came as well. ( Lex joins the party ) ( Mr Ho joins the party FEAR +1 ) ( Ms Ng joins the party ) I think thats about everyone le. Then the dinner began ok the prices were steep im really sorry about that. I hoped everyone had fun and were full. We shared baked rice n pasta among the guys and fries and ice cream. ( Fatigue -ALL HP +10 Satisfaction +40 Hunger -50 ) Ok we played "I've never" which is some game of truth AND TRUST. In short its a busting session bust everyone like hell showing no mercy at all!! Huan jek cos busted real bad but well it aint my fault. I was lucky i escaped thanks to a coin which was flipped 5 times and all the time it was tails. THANK YOU FATE. Had quite a lot of fun ( nvr keep track of time liao ) ( Secrets Unlocked ) ( Fun +200 Satisfaction +100 ) After the scrumptious meal and all the busting! We left the map, and i was still wondering why they nvr sing B'dae song for me i thought they din know.. Well i was so wrong!! SO SORRY!!! We went up to the third floor of vivo where there is a pool.

This happened in the toilet... AND no its not sth sick! ok this kid was playing with the tap which was automatic so he kept playing with it.

" Dun waste water, or else next time you got no more water to drink " His dad said.
The kid replied " Nvm still got coke wad. "

I was holding back my laughter like mad. i almost burst out laughing!!

Now back to the story!

Ok well they lied to me they said they went to another toilet which was to collect my cake. IM SO TOUCHED!! it was a swensens cake so ex but yar so touched it was quite unexpected. Very nice very nice, its sweet and cold yet it warms the heart. Its that warm and fuzzy feeling that tingles madly as i blew the candles and sink my teeth into the cake, it was an undescribable experience. I was happy, really happy. Thanks a lot. ( Touched +999 Happiness +999 ) we continued playing all the joker games such as GIVE ME! TEMPO! REA-DY ! GOOO! and lots of random stuff. It was fun nonetheless. Then Wan Xin arrived from his training!! ( Wan Xin joins the party ) although he was late still made it. Played awhile more then the "it" happened. Well it was getiing late and yar time to go home le lar or people may miss last trains etc. So the culture is kena dunk but then the pool is shallow if i kena dunk i will knock my head. So in order to avoid i decided to walk in myself... ok not exactly willing. Pants were a lil wet but its ok. Then as i reeled myself out of the water. i felt a push! A strong hard push for none other than Huan Jek. With standing on one leg i lost balance. yea we know wad happens next BOOM water flew all over. I WAS NOW INCREDIBLY WET ( Damage taken 50 ) I tried to chase him well but my agi was not high enuf. Well i wont blame him... NOT. haha part of the culture i think.

As if it was not bad enuf i went home wet and avoided people in order not to brush against them. Talked to Wan Xin and Mr Ho on the way home about career and random stuffs. Finally i reached the bus stop to go home, here comes another stupid part. the bus was rather empty and well since i was wet i was standing up SO STUPID LAR so many free seats then i standing there like some GOONDU. Finally reached home so tired!! Well kinda... ( Energy level 30% )

So it striked 12 as i began now its close to 1 le haha thanks for everything and all the wishes!!! and for making this an unforgettable birthday for me!

PS: I longer fear having no one to count on in the future for a have this bunch of friends who really care. Thank you! I wish we would all do well =) and it will come true!

Always have Faith in Fate

I have been thinking that maybe everyone is bounded together by fate. Look around and notice how fate has introduced all these people to you. I personally feel that everyon would play an important role in our lives. Keep people that are important to you in a special place in your heart. Every single moment should be cherished and not taken for granted. Understanding one another and showing concern connects us better.

Acu-punk-ture

Ok like most people have noticed and some had made fun of i kinda sprained my neck yesterday i shant go into details... Well yea i had a horrible night waking up with every slight movement of my head. It was horridly pain and i woke up extremely tired. Undoubtedly, my neck was immobilised and stuck at its socket the only direction i could move freely was downwards which was pretty pathetic. During lecture horrible... i could not even look up at the slides on the screen so sickening then bcoz i was so tired i practically drifted to sleep. Eventually i found a way to look at the screen by slouching down if u have difficulty understanding i will show u in the future just remind me =) Ok in general horrible horrible, was in a dispirited mood... Well at the start that is. My apologies. Eventually i managed to survive the day miraculously without losing my patience. Then my dad told me to go for accupuncture!! I havent done it b4 and i know most of u havent let me run it thru haha.

Ok i went to the sensei's house, cos he doesnt have a clinic cos he works as one who goes to people's places as he treats stroke patients mainly. Well my dad knows him as my uncle had a stroke in the past i shant go into details once again. Dun wry he is more than certified in fact he is teaching accupuncture. Ok i went in imaging wad it would be like. After a 2 min short wait, it began!! Basically it was this needle contraption and it just penetrates thru ur skin pain-wise close to nth i could hardly feel it. Then, came the uncomfortable part!! The sensei throbed the needle up n down to ensure it was the right nerve or sth. AND that was super uncomfortable!! It felt like.. well like... i cant explain it it was like there was sth under ur skin moving it wasnt exactly pain but numb n all i cant explain it really.. That was the horrible part!! Then i rested for awhile then he removed the needles. While he was removing them he asked me to move my head. Amazingly, the pain subsided about 70 % and i could pretty much move it left n right freely although looking up is still very much restricted but much better. WOW! i din know how he did it but yea it was cool!! The mystery of traditional chinese treatment. Although uncomfortable it was all worthwhile!!

Justice!?

I am sure all of us would have known about the South Koreans and Taliban incident by now... The incident totally pisses me off. These South Koreans went all the way out of the comfortable and safe home land all the way there to help those people and yet they got caught by the taliban and in turn put their lives in immense danger.the condition was actually to release 8 prisoners which was in fact out of the question. Which means with every deadline passed more hostages could be lost. it has already been more than a week... and yet nth is done or rather nth could be done. Military actions are stopped by South Korean gov officials which mentioned tt could in fact put the hostages in danger. Without using military strength or giving the Taliban wad they want, the outcome is in fact rather clear. There would be more bloodshed unless those Taliban people would awake frm their slumber. Innocent lives at stake yet all we could do is watch them suffer, who knows how they are being mistreated now. Then a question arises Where is the Justice?? Perhaps it never did existed. Anyways lets pray for a miracle and them be saved.

Ok then about this week... well i went to weds with a lot of people from my class, it was quite incredible due to the large turnout.. let's see hope i dun miss anyone wenbin jek jon wanxin kenneth ben xz lex, as for the girls ms peehua jess rach xiaojia sixuan. Yep, so many people tuck in kfc and we created havoc made a lot of noise but luckily it wasnt too crowded... well it was a wed afterall.then went for career talk! that was when the Kup-ing session begins. Ok all the speakers had stuff to offer be it highlighters pen paper weight bla bla bla. ok now for the top 3 items!!!

First on the list: We have a laser pointer from the SAF!!! this highly powered Laser Diode with wave length upto 630-680 nm and a maximum output of 5mW!!!! very impressive indeed, best part it is free and now half the school has a laser pointer.

Second: We have the POWERBALL this is a unique contraption that trains the hand as well as the mind!! it spins with momentum and the rotation of the wrist. The Dynamo inside lights the contraption with a brilliant light. Much fun indeed. But to obtain a quiz or sth must be done.

Last but not least: foolscap paper!!! from DSTA! They gave out pads after pads of foolscap paper highly useful and indispensible indeed. Pad is highly thick and rumour has it that people has kupped multiple times... i shant elaborate

Besides that went for some engineering talk which was a total waste of time little explanation is done on the field of engineering... SMU talk cancelled sickining!

Ok Friday our classed played in the interhouse Floorball facing tough competition to houses such as Pegasus and Ursa we emerged 4th runner up!! Now we would like to present prizes.... Ok anyways yar we lost, but nonetheless we played and had fun it was a class thing!! we supported cheered em on the ambience was just different! Anyways i think most of them arent too sad so yar well done people there is always next year!
